The Glen is a two-level regional shopping centre in Glen Waverley, about 26 kilometres southeast of Melbourne CBD. It features major stores like David Jones, Target, ALDI, Coles, and Woolworths. The centre also includes a fresh food market hall, over 205 specialty stores, and a beautiful outdoor dining area.

Custom Clad Non-Combustible Cladding

Custom Clad designed, manufactured, supplied, and installed over 4,000sqm of panels within a tight timeline in a live environment for The Glen. The curved facade required precise modification to achieve its graceful form. We created a complete 3D model to track each panel and develop a modular manufacturing strategy to improve installation time.

Each cladding panel was mechanically fixed to the underlying frame at all mounting points for additional strength and durability. Additionally, we completed internal cladding for canopies, stairways, escalators, and new shopfronts.
